Dragon Bushido Dojo is proud to offer a strong curriculum of Martial Arts instruction to the greater Boise, Idaho area. We’ve had the honor of serving our loyal family of students over the past 9 years, and we look to continue in this great tradition. In this time, we’ve helped to strengthen bodies and minds, build champions, and create long-term friendships. As our students grow and learn, so do we. We are an innovative Martial Arts school and we firmly believe no bounds exist with proper focus of mind and body. Our Dojo has also recently merged with Treasure Valley Fitness and Throwdown Fight Fit of Idaho. They have the same family friendly feel that we have strived for years to instill in our Dojo and I feel they are a great fit for us. Karate - Our world renowned and highly recognized Karate program has developed many champions along the way. Whether you are a beginning Karate practitioner looking to test the waters, or you're a seasoned student, we have multiple paths of Karate instruction to best serve you. We welcome kids, adults, and entire families!

Muay Thai - We've blended traditional Muay Thai with street self defense to create a program that is highly challenging, both physically and mentally. Efficiency of movement combined with sheer power make Muay Thai the most effective and devastating striking art available. We have a strong program that touches on all aspects of Muay Thai training from body conditioning to heavy bag/padwork, technique drilling and sparring.

Fight Fit - Fight Fit is an effective hybrid of cardio conditioning and easy-to-learn technique. This class is a perfect fit for those who want the workout without the focus on contact or technical styles. As with all our classes, we want you to progress comfortably, and at your own pace. However, we do run this class with intensity in mind, and the only challenge is within yourself.

Little Dragons Karate - Our Little Dragons program was developed for children aged 4 - 7 years to learn the basics and fundamentals of traditional Karate. Beyond technique and just as important, we strive to instill life skills, confidence, honor, and integrity with this class offering. To keep the attention of the little ones, we combine equal parts of focused instruction and fun/play.

Dragon Bushido Dojo Karate Demonstration Team - Welcome to the home of Boise's own Dragon Bushido Dojo's Karate Demonstration Team. Our Karate demonstration team uses a mix of music,choreography, martial arts, dance and costume to dazzle audiences.
